Summer League registration will open in early May
Want to enjoy the summer with your high school friends and prepare for the fall season? Husky Volleyball’s Summer League is full of local teams (JV teams are welcome) interested in competing with players from all over Connecticut. It will run on Thursday nights in Windsor.
The summer league cost is $600 (each team gets 12 very cool shirts included, additional shirts are $10/ea.) Registration requires a $100 deposit per team with the balance due on the first night.
Q: When does the summer league run?
A: Summer league starts Thursday, 7/11/24. We play for 4 consecutive weeks (2 matches a night) and the last night is Thursday, 8/1/24.
Q: Does our team need to supply a coach?
A: No! We supply a staff member that refs and coaches both sides of the court each night. Teams are welcome to supply a coach if they like though.
Q: Can we enter more than one team?
A: Yes! Several schools enter 2 teams each summer.
Q: What if we are short on players some night?
A: No big deal, borrow from another team from your school or even another team in the summer league.
Q: How many matches to we get?
A: Each team will get 2 matches a night (matches are scheduled at 6:30/7:15/8:00/8:45p) except for the final night (playoffs) where the number of matches will vary.
Q: Can I register as an individual?
A: Sadly no. We are no longer accepting individuals to be made into a team. Full team registrations only.
