This is our most popular camp series – now with 3 sessions! Give your body the tune-up it needs just in time for your high school volleyball tryouts. This day camp is designed to hone your skills in an intense but fun environment. Every camper in Session 1 or Session 2 gets two official Husky Boot Camp t-shirts! Don’t be scared by the name, the conditioning is done in a fun way and you’ll get in a lot of volleyball. Sessions are designed and run by Husky club director and Volleyball Conditioning and Performance (VCAP) certified coach Pat Ryan. Boot Camp coaches are many of the areas top club and high school coaches and you’ll be coached by almost every single one of them each week. Middle school players will be accepted on a very limited case by case basis, however prior club volleyball experience is required.

Each weekday will feature 5+ hours of instruction (weekend sessions, 3 hours) and some physical conditioning to help you get ready to make the team! We’ll work on all the skills, try to get rid of any bad habits and even have specialty sessions to work on your position.
This camp will be extremely challenging (but we’re shooting to make it fun too!). Every part of your body will be sore and we’re going to mentally challenge you too. We’ll be working on the following things:
– Complete breakdown and rebuilding of volleyball fundamental skills
– Improving players’ core strength, balance and coordination
– Improving your self confidence and mental toughness
If you are signed up, please remember to wear a plain white t-shirt on the first day and bring your completed medical form (or copy of your high school health assessment form)
